Why repeat programs?

Repeating a program is an often overlooked but excellent way to make further progress.

1. You know what’s coming next, so you can get ready in advance and extract more from the session.

2. You understand what is expected of the movements, meaning better movements and better results.

3. You lay stronger foundations for a future of exercise and health.

We encourage repeating plans and reward you for doing so by rewarding each successful completion of a plan, up to a maximum of five. It is much better to stay at a level you feel strong in and enjoy than to rush forwards to a plan that overworks, frustrates and potentially causes you to ‘give up’ on exercise.
