Our workout plans can be done many times to great effect.
In fact, I would suggest that the second time you do a workout plan you get far more from it than you do the first time.
- You know what's coming better, so your transitions are better.
- Your technique is improved.
- You are fitter, so your intensity is higher.
Repeating plans is always a good idea - remember, exercise requires some level of repetition to be effective.
Second to this, if you feel you aren't ready to move on to higher-level plans, you should very good about repeating. It's far better to take your time and get it right, than rush and overstretch yourself.
