Our workout plans can be done many times to great effect.
In fact, I would suggest that the second time you do a workout plan you get far more from it than you do the first time.
You know what's coming better, so your transitions are better.
Your technique is improved.
You are fitter, so your intensity is higher.
Repeating plans is always a good idea - remember, exercise requires some level of repetition to be effective.
Second to this, if you feel you aren't ready to move on to higher-level plans, you should very good about repeating. It's far better to take your time and get it right, than rush and overstretch yourself.
