We have a limited amount of impact within our workouts as too much high impact is not advisable even for those without pre-existing conditions. The vast majority of our workouts also contain low impact modifications and many are designed exclusively to minimize impact. If any of our workouts have exercises within them that include jumping or have exercises that cause ‘bad’ pain in your joints we suggest you stop immediately and email us at support[at]teambodyproject.com  and ask for suitable replacements. You can achieve all the results you want without high impact exercises.
