Our programs are designed for balance within the week. 

Therefore, if you need to change the order for any reason, provided you, complete the workouts WITHIN the week, you can do them in an order that works for you. 

If you choose to do less, of course, you can, however, it is always worth bearing in mind that if you drop below 4 days of exercise per week, results are going to be far slower. 

Working out 6 days a week is too much for me, can I complete the workout plan in 3 or 4 days and still get results?

Yes, we have three alternative options to the standard programs that you can view on the main programs page.

‘Turbo’ accelerates results by adding additional workouts to the schedule. Note: This will speed results up but please only follow for short periods of time. This is NOT a long term workout plan.

‘4 day adaption’ compresses the 6 day week into 4 days, including 2 x double workout days. Note: You can expect the same speed of results and progress with this plan as with the non-adapted plan.

‘Light’ reduces the 6 workouts a week program down to 4 workouts a week. Note: Your results will take a little more time than with the standard plan but this is an excellent way to build up your workout frequency.
