The fitness test is an important aspect of Team Body Project for a few reasons.

  • It gives you a benchmark to track future progress
  • It allows us to give you the right workout plan to follow
  • It highlights areas of strength and areas to work on.

The exercises within the fitness test are not exhaustive and the results are a guideline only.
